Steps:
1. Prepare your toothbrush as usual.
2. Brush your teeth as you normally would.
3. Right before you normally would spit, bring the toothbrush outside of your mouth, close it and run the brush back and forth over them. Then spit.
4. Apply lip balm.
5. Apply your favorite liquid lipstick.
